Stay Guidelines
General House Rules
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbours, please follow these rules.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite. A cleaning fee of RM500 will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the building.
No Parties
Loud parties and events are not permitted out of respect for other residents. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Small family celebrations are welcome with prior notice.
Maximum Guests
The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. This includes both day and overnight visitors. Exceeding the limit may result in charges or cancellation of your stay.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Respect your neighbours and keep the environment peaceful for everyone.
Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed in the suite. This is strictly enforced by the building management. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets before booking.
Visitor Policy
Please register any visitors with us in advance. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed. All visitors must vacate the suite by 10:00 PM.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of RM200 is required for each booking. This will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or additional cleaning required.

- Missing items will be charged at replacement cost
- Excessive cleaning may incur additional charges
Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any accidental damage immediately so we can arrange repairs.
- Report damage as soon as it occurs
- Fair wear and tear is expected
- Repair costs will be deducted from deposit
- Negligent damage may be invoiced separately

Facility Usage Rules
Swimming Pool
- Follow operating hours posted at the pool
- Children must be supervised at all times
- No diving or running around the pool
- Shower before entering the pool
Jacuzzi
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- Limit session to 15 minutes per use
- Children must be supervised
- No glass or food in the jacuzzi area
Gymnasium
- Follow safety instructions on equipment
- Wipe down equipment after use
- Proper attire required
- Children under 12 not allowed
